1. Program Description:
   Refined Painting (“we,” “us,” or “our”) offers a mobile messaging program (the “Program”), which you agree to use and participate in subject to these SMS Terms & Conditions. By enrolling in or otherwise agreeing to participate in the Program, you accept and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. User Opt-In:
   When you provide your mobile phone number and opt in (e.g., by checking an opt-in box or replying “YES” to our message), you consent to receive promotional and/or transactional text messages from Refined Painting. These messages may include promotions, appointment reminders, service updates, and responses to your inquiries. Message frequency may vary and may depend on your interactions with us.
3. Message and Data Rates:
   Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received, as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan. Please consult your wireless carrier for applicable fees and charges. Refined Painting does not charge you for sending or receiving text messages through the Program.
4. How to Opt Out:
   To stop receiving text messages from us, reply STOP to any SMS we send. You will receive a final confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

6. Participation Requirements:
   You must have a wireless device with text messaging capability, use a participating wireless carrier, and provide a valid mobile phone number. Not all carriers may support our service.

   We respect your privacy. We will only use the information you provide in connection with the Program as described in these Terms & Conditions and in our [Privacy Policy]. We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties.
8. Disclaimer of Warranty:
   We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the performance of the Program. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Modification of Terms & Program:
   We reserve the right to cancel or modify these SMS Terms & Conditions or discontinue the Program at any time. In the event of any such change, we will post revised Terms & Conditions on our website. Your continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
